Refund policy
No Returns for refund are accepted. Final Sale or items purchased at a 40% or greater discount are non-exchangeable. Exchanges are only accepted within 14 days of date on receipt. Tags must be attached and items in purchased condition with accompanied receipt. We will gladly exchange for something of equal value in store or issue a store credit. Returns via mail are at the shipping expense of the buyer.
To start a return, you can contact us at returnsandexchanges@anchoredsoulboutique.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as candy, nuts, etc.), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If the exchange is for a different size, please note shipping charges will be at the buyer's expense. We try to describe items to the best of our ability and provide a size chart where possible.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. All returns accepted will be refunded via Store Credit which can be used on anything else on our site.
